"It’s amazing that he can call from different numbers & state different titles & completely lies. Then never answer the phone again. The professionalism, integrity, & honesty is not vauled with State Farm anymore what so ever. It’s a mix of clowns performing at the circus. This is why we are no longer with State Farm at all after 20+ years. That don’t feel they need to even repeat the customers enough to be transparent less on answer call or do what they say they will do. You’d think they would at least treat paying ppl like humans & w some decency. Evidently it’s no longer not important to State Farm to keep policy holders insured with the company. You’d think State Farm would realize that policy holders is who keeps the lights on & keeps State Farms doors open so they can stay in business. NOTE: Also filed claims with the BBB & with the insurance licensing board (noted for all “agents” who contributed to & lied & lied while on speaker & recorded & then went on to falsified documents, & signed forge names to forms, & noted contacts that never actually happened. **** FYI — All licensed professionals have a board that regulates the license they hold & their ethics of each person google will provide anyone we the information needed to file companies w the licenses board also.. —-****. RUN—- Might as well burn your money cause they will go to all means necessary to deny claims."
